Pye-Barker Fire & Safety has acquired Lifeline Fire & Security, a Kapolei, Hawaii-based proactive video monitoring and security integration company. Core & Main, Inc. (NYSE: CNM) has completed the acquisition of Pacific Pipe Company, Inc., a Hawaii-based distributor of water, wastewater, storm drainage and irrigation products. The transaction expands Core & Main's geographic footprint into Hawaii and is the company's 13th acquisition since becoming independent in 2017.
