MML-backed CSI Group has acquired Tectrade, a US-based data protection and managed cloud services specialist. The deal expands CSI's data protection and cloud capabilities and provides CSI with a foothold in the United States; Tectrade CEO Alex Fagioli joins CSI to lead US expansion. Funding was provided by CSI's existing lender, funds managed by Permira Debt Managers.
