Real Estate Acquisitions in Idaho

StorageMart has acquired Hanley Storage, a 53,920 rentable-square-foot self-storage facility with 218 units in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. The acquisition expands StorageMart's presence in Idaho and will include facility upgrades and enhanced security and amenities under the StorageMart brand.

Family-owned StorageMart acquired the Stor-All Self Storage property in Nampa, Idaho, adding 128,293 rentable square feet and 845 drive-up units to its Idaho portfolio. The site will transition immediately to StorageMart management and receive standard brand renovations and contactless gate access via the StorageMart Unlocked app.

Berkadia has acquired LIHTC Advisors, an Idaho-based brokerage specializing in Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) and affordable housing transactions. The LIHTC Advisors team, led by Jeff Irish and Brandon Grisham, will join Berkadia Affordable to expand Berkadia's affordable housing advisory and investment-sales capabilities and broaden its market presence.
