Koch Equity Development (KED), the principal investment and acquisition arm of Koch, has acquired GCH Technologies, a developer of advanced wireless messaging and telecommunications infrastructure solutions. GCH will become the strategic provider for Common Short Code Registry Services beginning January 1, 2026 and will work with CTIA to accelerate infrastructure upgrades and next-generation messaging capabilities such as RCS Rich Business Messaging.
