Agriculture Acquisitions in Arizona

Scope Carbon Corp. entered into a non-binding letter of intent to acquire Tempe-based Farm Flight, Inc. in an all-share transaction valued at approximately USD $14.5 million. The deal is intended to combine Scope's AI-driven carbon/image analysis capabilities with Farm Flight's image-based crop data and analytics to expand Scope's services into the U.S. agricultural sector and accelerate revenue growth.

Stonecourt Capital announced a $775 million transaction with Arizona-based Moon Valley Nurseries to provide capital and strategic support for accelerated growth. Funds managed by the Credit Group of Ares Management are providing financing; Stonecourt will partner with founder and CEO Les Blake and the management team to pursue acquisitions, open additional retail locations, and expand the company’s geographic footprint.

RLJ Equity Partners and Cave Creek Capital Management completed a growth recapitalization of Growers House Holdings LLC, a digitally native, omni-channel hydroponic equipment and supplies retailer based in Tucson, Arizona. The recapitalization retains founder management and provides capital to accelerate omni-channel growth, expand retail footprint (including a second Arizona store and international e-commerce), and develop proprietary content and product R&D.

Bolthouse Farms has entered into an agreement to acquire the carrot operations of Arizona-based Rousseau Farming Company. The deal expands Bolthouse's regional growing footprint into Arizona to better serve customers in the Southwest while Rousseau retains ownership of its other produce operations; terms were not disclosed.
