Tradespace has acquired Paragon, an AI-driven patent-drafting startup founded by Princeton computer science students, to integrate Paragon’s transparent, traceable patent-drafting technology into its IP management platform. The deal brings Paragon’s founding team into Tradespace and positions Tradespace as an AI-powered platform supporting the full intellectual property lifecycle, accelerating patent drafting and reducing time and cost for corporate, university, and independent inventors.

Private equity firm Trivest Partners has completed a merger combining FROM Digital and Algoworks Solutions to form the newly branded Algoworks, an AI-native engineering services and experience-transformation firm. Global consulting and technology firm ZS has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Trials.ai, an AI-powered clinical study design company. The acquisition will integrate Trials.ai's intelligent study-design capabilities into ZS's clinical development offerings to help sponsors identify risks, optimize participant experience and accelerate therapy development timelines.
