Blacksmith Applications, a Strattam Capital-backed SaaS provider of trade promotion management software, has acquired T-Pro Solutions of Columbus, Ohio to add trade promotion optimization and predictive analytics capabilities. Blacksmith will retain the T-Pro brand, name T-Pro CEO Terry Ziegler as General Manager of the T-Pro product division, and invest in product enhancements to expand its end-to-end trade promotion and optimization offering.
