Modern Wealth Management has acquired Boise-based Petso Financial Consultants, a fee-only RIA with approximately $1.4 billion in AUM and a 10-person team. The asset purchase brings Modern Wealth's total AUM to over $6 billion and expands the firm's presence into the Pacific Northwest; Petso founder David Petso joins Modern Wealth as a managing director.

JM Family Enterprises, a privately held diversified holding company, has acquired Futura Title & Escrow LLC, the largest independent title and escrow group in the Pacific Northwest. The acquisition brings Futura’s ~700 associates and 72-branch network into JM Family’s portfolio to support geographic expansion and continued growth of its business services offerings.
