Packaging Acquisitions in Arkansas

SupplyOne, a North American value‑added packaging distributor, has acquired Lamb & Associates Packaging, a family‑owned corrugated packaging manufacturer headquartered in Maumelle, Arkansas. The deal expands SupplyOne's Midwest footprint and adds Lamb's manufacturing and advanced digital printing capabilities to SupplyOne Digital.

Envoy Solutions has agreed to acquire Sigma Supply of North America, a Hot Springs, Arkansas-based packaging materials and equipment distributor. The deal expands Envoy's national packaging platform—adding Sigma's network of more than two dozen locations and capabilities across the South, including Texas; the Hamby family will continue to lead Sigma following the transaction.

Avery Dennison has agreed to acquire Vestcom, a privately held provider of shelf-edge pricing and branded labeling solutions, for $1.45 billion in cash. The purchase expands Avery Dennison's labeling and retail solutions capabilities and is expected to close in Q3 2021, subject to customary approvals.
