Liliput specializes in residential landscape services across Los Angeles County (including Beverly Hills, Bel Air and Santa Monica) and will operate as part of Mariani's national outdoor living platform.
Cleveland-based MAI Capital Management has acquired Concentric Wealth Management, a Lafayette, California RIA with six employees and $662 million in client assets, effective December 31, 2024. Concentric's founders, Eric Flett and Stewart McGuire, will adopt MAI branding and join as regional presidents as the firm integrates MAI's operations, HR and marketing resources.
N-Power Medicine completed a stock-for-stock acquisition of Syapse on December 30, 2024, integrating Syapse’s precision-medicine technology, data assets and network of community oncologists into N-Power’s Kaleido Registry and AI-enabled point-of-care platform. Innovatus Capital Partners joined N-Power’s existing investors (including the Merck Global Health Innovation Fund) to provide ongoing funding; Canaccord Genuity served as Syapse’s exclusive financial advisor.
Commure, a Mountain View–based healthcare technology company, has acquired Memora Health, a San Francisco–based digital care navigation platform. The deal brings Memora's AI-enabled patient navigation and care automation capabilities into CommureOS to strengthen patient engagement, care pathway personalization, and Commure's broader AI-powered clinical and operational offerings.
Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. has acquired Murray Gardner Insurance Agency Inc., dba BMR Insurance, a Tustin, California-based retail insurance agency serving commercial and personal lines across Southern California. The deal will integrate BMR into Gallagher’s Southwest retail brokerage operations to expand its retail brokerage capabilities in the region; terms were not disclosed.
PML Sound International—parent of Paradigm, Anthem and MartinLogan—has acquired loudspeaker maker GoldenEar from AudioQuest. GoldenEar will operate as GoldenEar Studio Inc. beginning January 1, 2025 and will be integrated into PML's engineering and manufacturing operations, with a temporary pause in operations during January 2025 to enable integration.
USANA Health Sciences acquired a 78.8% controlling stake in Hiya Health Products, LLC for approximately $205 million in cash, closing December 23, 2024. The acquisition expands USANA's direct-to-consumer presence in the children's health and wellness market and is expected to be accretive to USANA's 2025 adjusted EBITDA.
Chroma Color Corporation acquired Spectra Color, Inc., a Corona, California-based custom manufacturer of colorants, masterbatch and pre-colored resin compounds. The deal expands Chroma Color's West Coast manufacturing footprint and enhances its colorant and resin capabilities to better serve medical, healthcare, agriculture and consumer end-markets.
Ziyad Brothers, a portfolio company of Peak Rock Capital, has acquired Indo~European Foods (IEF), a value-added importer and distributor of ethnic and specialty food products, from Corridor Capital. Abu Dhabi-based Mubadala Capital acquired a 42% minority stake in U.S. private credit manager Silver Rock Financial LP through a mix of cash and Mubadala capital stock, with an option to increase to 50%. The deal brings Silver Rock principals and M‑Cor (the Milken family office) into Mubadala Capital’s asset management platform while preserving Silver Rock’s operational independence and management leadership; the transaction is expected to close by Q2 2025.
TransDigm Group Inc. has acquired Wyvern Technologies, Inc. in a deal announced December 5, 2024. The acquisition is intended to strengthen TransDigm’s aerospace and defense electronics capabilities and bolster its lifecycle sustainment offerings for military and defense customers.

Colangelo & Partners has acquired a majority stake in WineGlass Marketing, a Napa-based digital marketing agency focused on the wine and spirits industry. WineGlass will continue to operate under founder Susan DeMatei while drawing on Colangelo & Partners' PR, branding and trade resources to expand digital capabilities and gain a physical presence in Napa.
Ness Digital Engineering has acquired Raja Software Labs (RSL), a Silicon Valley–based product engineering firm specializing in high-volume mobile, web and IoT applications, to strengthen Ness's product engineering and TMT capabilities. RSL's management team, led by CEO Raja Venkataraman, will join Ness; Avendus Capital acted as exclusive financial adviser to RSL. Ness is a portfolio company of KKR, which supports its M&A strategy.

Conexus Recruiting has acquired CV Resources, a specialist staffing firm focused on finance and accounting placements, to deepen its Office of the CFO recruiting capabilities. The acquisition expands Conexus' footprint in Southern California and the Pacific Northwest and broadens its service offerings to cover interim and direct-hire roles across finance, accounting, IT, and HR.
Inseego Corp. completed the sale of its global telematics business to Ctrack Holdings, a portfolio company of Convergence Partners, for $52 million in cash. The divestiture lets Inseego focus on its core 5G business and repay debt, while Ctrack expands its telematics capabilities and geographic footprint across the UK, EU, Australia and New Zealand.
Perdoceo Education Corporation (NASDAQ: PRDO) completed the acquisition of University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences (USAHS) for approximately $138 million in cash (net of cash acquired). USAHS is a multi-campus graduate health sciences university with online programs; Perdoceo expects the acquisition to be immediately accretive to adjusted operating income and to drive further growth in 2026.
Northwest Urgent Care, LLC, a Tucson-based subsidiary of Community Health Systems, has completed the acquisition of certain urgent care centers owned and operated by Carbon Health in Arizona. The deal expands Northwest Healthcare's ambulatory footprint in the Greater Tucson area, bringing the system to more than 80 sites of care and supporting its ongoing regional growth initiatives.
