Bombardier, through its U.S. subsidiary Learjet Inc., has acquired Velocity Maintenance Solutions, a Wilmington, Delaware–based aircraft MRO provider. The acquisition — terms confidential — adds a 35,000 sq. ft. hangar and 14 mobile repair trucks to Bombardier’s service network, expanding its U.S. MRO and AOG capabilities and supporting its services growth strategy.
