Aerospace & Defense Acquisitions in Idaho

DZYNE Technologies has acquired High Point Aerotechnologies, integrating High Point's counter‑UAS hardware and software capabilities into DZYNE's autonomous defense platform. Both companies are portfolio companies of Highlander Partners; the deal consolidates complementary capabilities across UAS, C‑UAS, AI/software and mission operations to accelerate DZYNE's defense offerings.

Highlander Partners, through its defense-focused division High Point Aerotechnologies, acquired Black Sage Technologies from Acorn Growth Companies. Black Sage, a Boise-based developer and integrator of Counter-UAS hardware and its DefenseOS C2 software, will complement Highlander’s growing C-UAS platform and expand capabilities for military, internal security, and critical infrastructure customers.
