Accenture has acquired RANGR Data, a U.S.-based certified Palantir partner, to expand its Palantir engineering talent and AI-driven data capabilities. The acquisition brings roughly 40 specialists in Palantir Foundry and AIP to Accenture, strengthening its ability to deliver real-time analytics, supply chain optimization and enterprise system integration for clients across CPG, manufacturing and healthcare.

Ankura Consulting Group, LLC has acquired Omniscient Platforms and its subsidiary Omniscient Health to bolster Ankura's digital transformation, data and AI advisory, and technology capabilities. The acquisition also strengthens Ankura's footprint in Latin America.

Cresa has acquired Bluechip Insights, a North American data analytics firm, and will fold its location, demographic, and AI-powered analytics capabilities into Cresa’s Strategy & Analytics Group. The acquisition brings Bluechip’s analytics in‑house to strengthen Cresa’s data-driven real estate advisory services and support expanded client offerings.

nClouds, an AWS Premier Tier Services Partner backed by Charles Thayne Capital, has acquired PREDICTif Solutions, a Houston-based AWS consulting partner specializing in data & analytics and AI/ML. The deal expands nClouds' data engineering, analytics, and AI/ML capabilities to accelerate cloud migrations, modernization, and managed services for customers across multiple industries.

Whitley Penn has integrated JetRock Analytics, LLC into its Digital Services practice effective September 1, 2025. The addition brings JetRock’s oil-and-gas-focused data systems and analytics capabilities into Whitley Penn to strengthen the firm’s energy-sector advisory and analytics offerings.

Kalibrate, a Manchester-based location intelligence and fuel-pricing analytics firm, has acquired IMST Corp., a Houston-headquartered market research firm specializing in site selection and sales forecasting for convenience stores and fuel stations. The acquisition is intended to strengthen Kalibrate's fuel station and convenience-store forecasting capabilities by adding IMST's expertise in single-site studies and ancillary revenue forecasting (car wash, QSR, truck stop, travel center).

Weatherford International plc has acquired Datagration Solutions Inc., a specialist in unified data integration, analytics, and machine learning, to strengthen its digital offerings for production and asset optimization. The acquisition will integrate Datagration’s unified data models with Weatherford’s ForeSite, CygNet and CENTRO platforms to improve surveillance, optimization, emissions tracking and overall digital transformation across the well lifecycle.

SurePoint Technologies has acquired Leopard Solutions to integrate Leopard's legal business intelligence and analytics into SurePoint's legal software platform. Los Angeles-based private equity firm Interlock Equity has made a strategic growth investment in evolv Consulting, a Dallas-based data-driven management and technology consultancy. Stellus Capital Management provided unitranche financing and an equity co-invest to support the transaction; the capital will be used to expand evolv's services, deepen industry expertise, broaden geographic reach and enable strategic add-ons.

Austin-based Zelus Analytics has acquired TourIQ Golf, a golf-focused analytics service founded by Cory Jez, to expand its sports analytics offerings into professional golf and support PGA Tour players. The acquisition brings TourIQ's ShotLink-based performance tools and relationships with players into Zelus's broader analytics platform and team.

ResourceWise acquired Texas-based Chemical Intelligence, a specialist provider of price reporting, data and strategic consulting for glycols, solvents, antifreeze and methanol, effective August 30, 2023 (terms undisclosed). Chemical Intelligence will join ResourceWise’s Chemical Intelligence group (alongside Tecnon OrbiChem); founder George West will become Director of the group and staff will continue in analyst roles to expand ResourceWise’s chemical market coverage and analytics capabilities.

MCA Connect, a Denver-based Microsoft-focused systems integrator, has acquired Pervicta, a Dallas-based data consultancy specializing in data strategy and AI/machine learning. The deal expands MCA Connect’s data and AI capabilities to better serve manufacturing and supply chain customers and complements the company’s Inspire analytics platform.

PSG has led a strategic growth investment in Buxton, a Fort Worth-based provider of retail customer analytics software; financial terms were not disclosed. PSG Senior Advisor Jim Swift was appointed CEO and Buxton founders Tom Buxton and David Glover will join the board as the funding is intended to accelerate product expansion and growth across retail, restaurant, hospitality and healthcare end markets.

apexanalytix has acquired ESG Enterprise, a provider of AI-powered ESG management data, SaaS and supply-chain analytics; financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition expands apex's supply-chain risk and sustainability capabilities and follows apex's majority investment from KKR in 2022.

Scaleworks, a B2B SaaS-focused venture equity firm, has acquired Import.io, a web data extraction and enterprise web-data platform. Paul Lynch was named CEO; the company is headquartered in San Antonio, Texas and will join Scaleworks' portfolio. Terms were not disclosed.

Cognizant has agreed to acquire AustinCSI, a Dallas-based digital transformation consultancy specializing in enterprise cloud and data analytics advisory services. The acquisition—expected to close in Q4 2022—adds more than 175 consultants to Cognizant's consulting capabilities and strengthens its enterprise cloud, AI and data analytics advisory offerings for Fortune 500 clients across telecommunications, media, technology and automotive sectors.

CorsairM360 has acquired Houston-based Material Intellect in a stock transfer that makes Material Intellect a wholly owned subsidiary. The deal expands CorsairM360's MaestroM360 API management platform with Material Intellect's AI-driven data aggregation and advanced analytics capabilities, broadening the combined firm's ability to deliver AI-enabled data solutions to customers across chemicals, pharmaceuticals, insurance and related industries.

MRI Software, a global real estate software provider based in Solon, Ohio, has acquired Houston-based ApartmentData.com, a provider of multifamily market research and data solutions. The acquisition expands MRI's MRI Living portfolio by adding ApartmentData's Competition RADAR and market intelligence capabilities, and represents a strategic exit for seller Salt Creek Capital.

TA Associates has made a strategic growth investment in LeadsOnline, a Plano, Texas–based provider of data, technology and intelligence tools used by law enforcement agencies and businesses. Financial terms were not disclosed; TA will join the LeadsOnline board and support accelerated market expansion, product development and team growth. LeadsOnline serves more than 22,000 businesses and nearly 5,000 law enforcement agencies across the U.S.

Resultant, an Indianapolis-based consulting firm, has agreed to acquire Teknion Data Solutions, a Dallas–Fort Worth-based full-service data analytics company. The acquisition adds approximately 60 employees, expands Resultant's data engineering and managed services capabilities (including Snowflake, Tableau, WhereScape, and Alteryx expertise), and supports geographic expansion into Texas.

Alkami Technology, Inc. agreed to acquire Segmint Inc., a provider of financial account and transaction data analytics, to integrate Segmint's machine-learning driven transaction-cleansing and customer insights into Alkami's digital banking platform. The deal, announced March 28, 2022, is expected to close in Q2 2022 for $135.5 million in cash and to expand Alkami's addressable market and cross-selling opportunities.

HKW, a middle-market private equity firm, made a strategic growth investment in Draup, Inc., an AI-driven data intelligence and decision-making platform for sales and human resources. Financial terms were not disclosed; HKW said the investment will support product investments and expansion of Draup's platform capabilities.

TruSight, LLC has acquired Private Equity Info, an Austin-based market intelligence and data platform for private equity firms, family offices, and intermediaries. The deal expands TruSight’s deal origination and M&A intelligence capabilities by adding Private Equity Info’s contact database and research services to its product offerings.

Linq Analytics, a Texas-based provider of customer data management and analytics software, acquired certain assets of Altius, Inc., including the Flex suite of planning and Master Data Management (MDM) products. The deal adds FP&A and MDM capabilities to Linq’s account hierarchy and analytics offerings and includes the appointment of Noel Phillips as CTO to support product integration and client transitions.

Rockbridge Growth Equity has acquired Marquis Software Solutions from Falfurrias Capital Partners, with CU Solutions Group investing alongside Rockbridge. Marquis, a Plano, Texas-based provider of data analytics software and services for banks and credit unions, will partner with Rockbridge to accelerate growth, expand its service offerings and target new financial-institution clients across the U.S.

Austin-based marketing and communications firm Hahn Public acquired Houston-based data science and analytics firm Statistical Vision (now Hahn Stats) to add predictive forecasting, data visualization and analytics capabilities. The deal expands Hahn Public to a 48-person agency with combined revenues of more than $10 million and brings enhanced predictive business-forecasting services for Hahn’s food, energy and utilities clients.

HCAP Partners announced a follow-on equity investment in Dallas-area Lone Star Analysis and exercised its full purchase option to take control of the firm. The funding will support strategic growth initiatives and R&D to build out new enterprise analytics and AI software; terms were not disclosed.

Law Business Research, a portfolio company of Levine Leichtman Capital Partners, has acquired Hopkins Bruce Publishers LLC (d/b/a Docket Navigator). The acquisition adds Docket Navigator’s patent litigation tracking and analytics capabilities to LBR’s suite of legal data solutions, expanding its subscription product set for law firms and corporate legal teams.

Inveniam Capital Partners has acquired Factom, an Austin-based blockchain innovations company, including nearly 40 fundamental blockchain patents. The deal brings Factom's founders and engineers into Inveniam to strengthen its Inveniam.io platform and expand blockchain, data provenance, and interoperability capabilities for private-asset markets.

Atos has agreed to acquire Visual BI, a Plano, Texas–based cloud data analytics and business intelligence consulting firm with 180+ employees. The acquisition strengthens Atos's Cloud Enterprise Solutions and Data Analytics capabilities by adding Visual BI's consulting services, partnerships (Snowflake, Microsoft, Tableau, etc.), and engineering expertise.

SSB, a Strattam Capital–backed data management and analytics company serving higher education and nonprofit organizations, has acquired ALUMiNate, a provider of data enrichment and analytics tools for fundraising. The deal brings ALUMiNate's MATCH'd data-append service and SCORE'd analytics into SSB's product suite to deepen constituent profiles and improve fundraising outcomes; all ALUMiNate team members will join SSB and co-founder Robert Fealy will join SSB's board.

Enverus, the energy-focused data analytics and SaaS company, acquired Integrity Title Company to integrate Integrity's title plant databases into Enverus' platform. The deal brings broad Texas and New Mexico title plant coverage to Enverus, enabling faster, more accurate land-title research for energy, real estate and related end markets.

Diversis Capital Partners has made a significant growth investment in Black Box Intelligence to accelerate the company's product and team investments and expand its presence in the broader foodservice industry. The deal will provide growth capital and operational expertise while founders Wallace Blair and Joni Thomas Doolin remain involved as investors, strategic advisors and board members.

ICIS, a division of RELX, has acquired Chemical Data, LLC (CDI), a Houston-based provider of US petrochemical price benchmarks, market analysis, and predictive analytics. The acquisition combines CDI's US petrochemical expertise with ICIS' existing global footprint to deliver expanded price benchmark coverage, forecasts and market intelligence to customers worldwide.

HCA Healthcare has acquired Valify, a Frisco, Texas–based technology and analytics company that provides a SaaS benchmarking and analytics platform to help healthcare systems reduce the cost of purchased services. Financial terms were not disclosed; HCA said it will integrate Valify's analytics and advisory capabilities to identify cost-saving opportunities across its hospitals and sites of care.

Insurity completed the acquisition of SpatialKey, Inc. (closed December 30, 2019) to expand its data and analytics capabilities for the property & casualty insurance market. The deal brings SpatialKey’s geospatial analytics, data enrichment and risk-intelligence solutions into Insurity’s cloud platform to enhance underwriting, exposure management and claims analytics; terms were not disclosed.

Leadspace, a B2B Customer Data Platform provider, has acquired ReachForce to add its SmartSuite and SmartForms data solutions, team members, technology, and an Austin, Texas office. The acquisition expands Leadspace's data enrichment, AI-driven analytics and CDP capabilities to better serve B2B marketing and sales customers.

Cision has acquired Austin-based Digital PR analytics platform TrendKite in a deal reported at $225 million, adding TrendKite's AI-powered measurement and attribution capabilities to the Cision Communications Cloud. TrendKite CEO Erik Huddleston will become President of Cision as the companies integrate TrendKite's measurement, influencer management and analytics into Cision's global earned-media platform.

Aviana Global Technologies has acquired Elite Analytics, a Texas-based data science and predictive analytics specialist. The deal expands Aviana’s predictive analytics and anomaly detection capabilities to strengthen its business solutions and fraud-detection offerings for government and enterprise clients.

Ignite Marketing Analytics, an affiliate of Ignite Technologies and part of the ESW Capital family, has acquired ThinkVine, a provider of cross-channel marketing attribution and optimization technology and services. The deal brings ThinkVine's analytics and advisory capabilities into Ignite's MarTech portfolio to expand capabilities and scale the product and customer-success programs under Ignite's platform.

Rogue Wave Software, a Battery Ventures–backed provider of C++ development components, has acquired Visual Numerics, an advanced analytics and data visualization software company based in Houston, Texas. The deal adds Visual Numerics' IMSL numerical libraries and PV-WAVE visualization products to Rogue Wave's portfolio to expand its analytics and data-visualization capabilities for enterprise and scientific customers.
