Revau Advanced Underwriting, a Novacap-backed North American MGA, has acquired Triad Oilfield Underwriters, a Houston-area MGA and wholesale broker specializing in oil & gas and marine risks. BharCap Partners' portfolio company Insurvia has acquired Pronto Insurance, a Texas-based distributor and managing general agent (MGA) of personal lines insurance founded in 1997. Confie, operating its InsureOne platform, has acquired Houston-based TGS Insurance Agency to accelerate InsureOne's national expansion in standard personal lines and small commercial insurance. Senior Market Sales (SMS), an Omaha-based field marketing organization, has acquired Austin-based Abt Insurance Agency to expand its national Medicare insurance distribution. The deal will provide Abt with additional resources and allow SMS to broaden its health and wealth distribution network and digital lead-generation capabilities for serving seniors.

Alliant Insurance Services has acquired McAfee Insurance Agency in Mercedes, Texas to expand its transportation specialty platform and cross-border risk capabilities in South and East Texas. The firm also hired senior specialists Nader Dabboussi and Jordan Lewis to support its cross-border transportation strategy and deepen service offerings for trucking and transportation clients.

The Westaim Corporation made a US$350 million capital contribution to Salem Group Partners LP to fund the operations and launch of Ceres Life Insurance Company, a cloud-native annuity platform led by Deanna Mulligan. Higginbotham has acquired the EZ CERT franchise certificate tracking service from Program Insurance Group (home of EZ CERT) and formed a new association with the Georgetown, Texas agency. Highstreet Insurance Partners (HSIP) has acquired the assets of Collum Insurance Group, LLC, an independent personal-lines insurance agency based in Richardson, Texas. The acquisition adds an additional Gulf Region location to HSIP’s footprint; Collum’s president, Carl Collum, will continue leading his team as part of HSIP’s Sandy Garza agency under Roland Luna.

(a Prosperity Life Group company) completed an all-cash merger to acquire National Western Life Group, Inc. for approximately $1.9 billion, with each National Western share converted into $500 in cash. The deal brings National Western into Prosperity's insurance platform to scale distribution, expand capabilities, and integrate institutional expertise.

LNC Partners led a growth investment in YourPolicy, a technology-enabled independent insurance brokerage platform headquartered in Austin, Texas.
