Logistics & Distribution Acquisitions in Idaho

AMCON Distributing Co., an Omaha-based convenience and foodservice distributor, has acquired Arrowrock Supply from Davis-Jones Inc. of Boise, Idaho. The acquisition expands AMCON's footprint in the Intermountain West and will allow AMCON to serve Arrowrock customers from Arrowrock's Boise distribution center.

Armstrong Transport Group, a portfolio company of Carousel Capital, has completed the acquisition of Eason Enterprises, a provider of transportation brokerage services. The deal expands Armstrong's brokerage capabilities, adds Ben Eason as Chief Revenue Officer, and establishes operations in both Charlotte and Eason's Boise office to drive future growth.
