Logistics & Distribution Acquisitions in New Mexico

RD Last Mile Holdings, LLC (doing business as ADL Final Mile), a final-mile delivery platform backed by Red Dog Equity, Monroe Capital and The Pritzker Organization, has acquired DMC Logistics, a regional final-mile and customized logistics provider serving the Southwest U.S. The acquisition expands ADL Final Mile's footprint in the Southwest (adding DMC’s service area across New Mexico, Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, Texas and Utah) as an add-on to its growing platform.

Ridgewood Infrastructure has acquired Valley Cold Storage & Transportation, a New Mexico–based provider of temperature-controlled storage and logistics services, to support the company’s continued expansion into existing and new markets. Citizens served as exclusive financial advisor to Ridgewood and Kirkland & Ellis represented Ridgewood on the transaction.
