Precinmac LP acquired Massachusetts-based Advance Mfg. Co., a precision manufacturer serving the defense and commercial aerospace markets. The deal adds Advance’s precision machining, welded fabrication and assemblies, as well as its hydraulic and computerized torque systems, while bringing New England Custom Coaters (NECCI) into Precinmac to expand coating and finishing capabilities. Financial terms were not disclosed.
DelCam Capital’s portfolio company, Space Age Electronics, acquired SprinkGuard, a manufacturer of specialty fire-sprinkler protection products. SprinkGuard will operate as part of Space Age Electronics to expand the fire and life safety platform’s engineered product portfolio and national distribution reach.
Flexstone Partners agreed to acquire Glouston Capital Partners, a Boston-based private equity secondaries manager, creating a scaled private markets platform managing more than $15 billion across primary, co-investment, and secondary strategies. Glouston’s team and investment process will remain intact post-close, and Glouston will lead the combined firm’s secondary strategy and U.S. distribution.
Zoovu announced its acquisition of XGEN AI to unify search, recommendations, personalization, guided selling, bundling, and conversational AI into a single AI-native product discovery engine for ecommerce. The combined platform targets enterprise B2C and B2B brands, with reported early production use at major retailers and brands such as Microsoft and Valentino. The deal is backed by FTV Capital; financial terms were not disclosed.
PSP Investments has signed an agreement to sell the U.S. operations of FirstLight to private equity firm Hull Street Energy. The deal transfers a portfolio of about 1.4 GW of installed clean power capacity (hydroelectric generation, energy storage, and renewables) across Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Pennsylvania, while PSP will retain FirstLight’s Canadian operations. The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals and is expected to close later in 2026.
Peloton Consulting Group, an Oracle partner specializing in AI-driven transformations, announced a strategic investment from Sunstone Partners. The investment is intended to accelerate Peloton’s organic and inorganic growth, enhance innovation, expand service offerings, and scale capabilities across Oracle Cloud, data/analytics, and AI technologies.
Blackstone Life Sciences (BXLS) announced a $250 million investment in clinical-stage biotech Anagram Therapeutics to advance and commercialize its oral recombinant enzyme replacement therapy, ANG003, for exocrine pancreatic insufficiency (EPI) related to cystic fibrosis and other disorders. The funding is intended to support development through regulatory approval and market launch, including planned mid-stage clinical trials.
Ameresco and HA Sustainable Infrastructure Capital (HASI) have signed an agreement to spin off Ameresco’s biofuels business into a newly formed joint venture, Neogenyx Fuels. The JV is valued at $1.8 billion post-money enterprise value, with Ameresco owning 70% and contributing its biofuels assets and capabilities, while HASI will invest $400 million (including $300 million into the JV) and receive a 30% stake.
Valor Exterior Partners, a portfolio company of Osceola Capital Management, acquired Associate Roofing. The deal closed on April 16, 2026 and expands Valor’s footprint into southern Massachusetts and nearby coastal areas.

Alchemy Technology Group, an IT advisory, consulting, and reseller firm backed by Avance Investment Management, acquired IOvations, a cybersecurity solutions provider based in Burlington, Massachusetts. Lead Edge Capital has acquired ClearGov and merged it with its existing portfolio company Gravity to create a unified, end-to-end modern finance platform for local governments, school districts, and state agencies. The combined business will operate under the ClearGov brand, with Tyler Davey (former Gravity CEO) leading the organization and ClearGov co-founders remaining in leadership roles.

An independently managed investment subsidiary of Investindustrial Growth III SCSp has acquired Proveris Scientific Corporation, a Hudson, Massachusetts-based maker of spray and aerosol analytical testing instrumentation, software and lab services focused on orally inhaled and nasal drug products (OINDP). Investindustrial will partner with Proveris' management (founder Dino Farina reinvested as a minority shareholder) to accelerate global expansion and build a broader pharmaceutical testing equipment group through organic growth and add-on acquisitions.
B-FLEXION Life Sciences has agreed to purchase the remaining 57% interest in Radius Health held by affiliates of Patient Square Capital and Webster Equity Partners. Radius, a specialty biopharmaceutical focused on bone health, had been taken private by B-FLEXION and Patient Square in August 2022. The transaction is expected to close by the end of Q1 2026.
ProMach has acquired American Holt, DMA Solution, and Pride Engineering (collectively “AmHolt”) from Arcline Investment Management. The AmHolt businesses—providers of engineered aftermarket parts and precision components for food, beverage and CPG packaging lines with facilities in Massachusetts, Quebec and Minnesota—will join ProMach's Primary Packaging business unit to broaden its product solutions and lifecycle service capabilities.

HBox, a virtual care platform for specialty practices, received a growth investment from Charlesbank’s Technology Opportunities Fund II to accelerate expansion of its virtual care capabilities and scale its remote monitoring and patient-engagement offerings. The transaction closed on December 17, 2025 and will support HBox’s efforts to broaden specialty coverage (cardiology, pulmonology, nephrology) and strengthen its position as a virtual clinic partner for independent specialty practices.
UK-based Polaris Software, backed by private equity firm August Equity, has acquired Massachusetts-based Sitestream, a provider of automated traffic enforcement and municipal compliance software. The deal is an add-on to Polaris’ growing portfolio and is intended to accelerate the company’s expansion into the U.S. public sector market and broaden its municipal compliance and road-safety offerings.
Aptyx has acquired Argos Corporation, a Massachusetts-based precision extrusion specialist, and will establish a Boston-area Precision Extrusion Center of Excellence to expand medical tubing and catheter-grade extrusion capacity. The deal enhances Aptyx’s capabilities for interventional and catheter-based device markets, adding in-house tooling and micro-extrusion expertise to its integrated medical manufacturing platform.
Allworth Financial has acquired Needham, Massachusetts–based fiduciary advisory firm FSA Wealth Management, which oversees $460 million in assets under management. The deal brings six professionals (including five advisors and two managing partners) into Allworth's Greater Boston operation as the team transitions into Allworth's Waltham office to deepen the firm's up‑market advisory capabilities.
