PROtect, LLC, a portfolio company of Spire Capital Partners, has acquired Riccardelli Consulting Services, Inc. (RCS), a Lehi, Utah–based provider of advanced and conventional non-destructive testing focused on pipeline integrity for the midstream oil & gas industry. The bolt‑on acquisition expands PROtect's advanced NDT and pipeline integrity capabilities; RCS owner Sean Riccardelli will join the combined management team. Both companies will retain existing employees and continue operating under their current brands.
