DoubleVerify acquired Helsinki-based contextual intelligence and semantic AI provider Leiki Ltd. in an all-cash, all-stock transaction completed December 27, 2018 to strengthen DoubleVerify's contextual content classification and brand-reputation capabilities globally.

Accenture acquired an artificial intelligence technology from Bay Area start-up Real Time Analytics Platform, Inc. to integrate into its Accenture Touchless Testing Platform, enhancing AI-driven testing, analytics and automation capabilities. Terms were not disclosed.

Cubic Corporation acquired MotionDSP to strengthen Cubic Mission Solutions' real-time video image enhancement and processing capabilities. MotionDSP, a provider of advanced video/image-processing and redaction software serving defense, public safety and industrial markets, will be integrated into Cubic's C4ISR and public safety offerings to expand capability and address new growth adjacencies.
