Asure (NASDAQ: ASUR) has acquired HireClick, an AI-enabled applicant tracking solution for small and mid-sized businesses, and will integrate the product into its cloud-based HCM suite. The acquisition expands Asure’s talent-management capabilities by adding a user-friendly ATS with job posting, applicant tracking, mobile applications and AI-assisted job description creation.

Frontier Growth, a growth equity firm, has made a strategic growth investment in Property Meld, a Rapid City, South Dakota–based property maintenance software platform. The capital will support Product Meld's continued growth and product expansion as the company serves property managers across over 450,000 units and more than 650 customers.
