Datasharp, a data intelligence platform backed by Strada Partners, has acquired Techsalerator, a U.S.-based data marketplace founded by Max Wahba. The deal brings Techsalerator's marketplace, partner integrations, and U.S. distribution strength into Datasharp's platform to accelerate data sourcing, engineering, and global distribution for AI and SaaS customers; Wahba will play a key role in expanding Datasharp's U.S. presence.

Nearmap, backed by Thoma Bravo, has agreed to acquire itel from GTCR. The deal combines Nearmap's location intelligence and aerial imagery capabilities with itel's property claims data and analytics to create an end-to-end property intelligence platform serving underwriting and claims; the transaction is expected to close in Q2 2025.

SPINS has acquired Lucky Labs, a product-locator and shopper experience platform used by beauty and wellness brands, to expand its omnichannel activation and product-level analytics capabilities. The deal combines SPINS' retail and consumer insights with Lucky Labs' first-party retail data and product-discovery technology to offer an integrated solution for brands and retailers across online and in-store channels.

Clearlake Capital Group has entered into a definitive agreement to take Dun & Bradstreet Holdings, Inc. private in a transaction valued at $7.7 billion, with Dun & Bradstreet shareholders to receive $9.15 per share. The deal, supported by a financing package from multiple lenders and advisors, is intended to enable long-term transformation and investment in Dun & Bradstreet's data and AI capabilities.

Triumph Financial, Inc. (Nasdaq: TFIN) agreed to acquire freight pricing and market-intelligence provider Greenscreens.ai in a deal valued at approximately $160 million, consisting of $140 million in cash and stock consideration (256,984 shares of TFIN common stock / ~$20M). The acquisition expands Triumph’s Intelligence segment by adding Greenscreens.ai’s machine‑learning pricing platform and positions Triumph to deliver enhanced, data-driven pricing and rate-discovery tools for brokers and shippers.

Similarweb Ltd. has acquired The Search Monitor, a provider of ad monitoring, trademark enforcement, and affiliate compliance solutions, to strengthen its paid search and affiliate marketing capabilities. The acquisition expands Similarweb's digital intelligence offering by integrating The Search Monitor's real-time monitoring technology to help brands, retailers, and agencies optimize ROI and protect brand assets.

Clearlake Capital completed a $7.7 billion acquisition of Dun & Bradstreet, taking the business-data and analytics provider private. Cannae Holdings—which held roughly 16% of DNB—realized approximately $630–$632 million from the transaction (including proceeds from selling 10 million shares) and said it will use a large portion of proceeds for share buybacks, dividends and debt repayment.

Fabric, an entertainment data and operations solutions provider, has acquired BB Media, a global media data science and market research firm. The acquisition will integrate BB Media's audience analytics, streaming tracking, and market intelligence into Fabric's metadata and AI-driven product suite to expand capabilities and provide a more connected data ecosystem for media customers.

AccuWeather has acquired TOA Systems, Inc.'s lightning detection network and technology, closing the deal in December 2024. The acquisition combines TOA's hardware-based global lightning sensing network with AccuWeather's forecasting, machine learning and data platforms to create an integrated AccuWeather Lightning Network for real-time alerts, enterprise data services and improved risk management.

Blue Mantis has acquired Tampa-based SME Solutions Group, a data and IT services provider, and will launch a new Data Enablement and Analytics practice led by SME founder Chris Moyer. The deal expands Blue Mantis' data management, BI and analytics capabilities and strengthens its North American presence.

SAM, the North American Managed Geospatial Services provider, has acquired Xtensible Solutions, a semantic-based integration and information data management specialist for the utility industry. The deal expands SAM's consulting and technology capabilities—bringing Xtensible's Affirma semantic modeling and metadata management solution into SAM's managed geospatial services portfolio to accelerate analytics, integration, and data-driven decision-making for utility and infrastructure clients.

AssureCare, a population health management software company and a Vora Ventures portfolio member, has acquired Clinigence Health and integrated its provider-focused analytics platform into AssureCare’s Akumen analytics offering. The deal expands AssureCare’s analytics capabilities across providers, payors, and pharmacies to strengthen clinical decision support and value-based care management.

Broadridge Financial Solutions acquired AdvisorTarget to integrate advisor behavioral intent data into its data and analytics suite, enhancing digital marketing and sales targeting for asset managers and wealth firms. The deal expands Broadridge’s capability to pair advisor intent with asset-holding insights to drive more precise distribution and engagement strategies.

Balance Point Capital, together with its affiliated fund Balance Point Capital Partners V, L.P., made a follow-on growth investment in Blankfactor (Blankfactor Holdings UK Limited) to support the company's expansion of digital transformation, data and AI services. The capital will be used to accelerate Blankfactor's service offerings and growth in the payments and financial services markets.

Beringer Capital made a significant growth investment in VeraData, a Fort Myers–based decision science and fundraising acceleration platform serving not-for-profit organizations. The capital will be used to invest in talent, capabilities, and technology to scale VeraData’s predictive modelling, machine learning platform, and fundraising analytics offerings.

Xactus, a verification and data-technology provider for the mortgage industry, has acquired MassiveCert, a national residential flood data and technology firm. The deal brings flood zone determinations, elevation certificate services, LOMA support, and related flood-risk capabilities into Xactus’ product portfolio and positions the company to expand into the insurance market.

SentiLink, a San Francisco-based identity verification company, has acquired Upstream Logix, a St. Petersburg, Florida data intelligence provider for alternative finance. The acquisition brings Upstream Logix's alternative-lending data and insights into SentiLink's identity and risk platform to improve decisioning for underserved consumers and expand credit access.

Onex Partners V, the private equity platform of Onex Corporation, has agreed to make a significant growth investment in Analytic Partners, a cloud-based marketing measurement and optimization software provider headquartered in Miami. The investment, made in partnership with Analytic Partners' founder Nancy Smith, is intended to accelerate the company's technology leadership, innovation and geographic/end-market expansion.

3Cloud, a Gryphon Investors portfolio company and leading Microsoft Azure services firm, has acquired Tampa-based data and analytics consulting firm CCG Analytics. The add-on expands 3Cloud's Azure-centric data and analytics capabilities and grows its employee base to more than 400 Azure experts while integrating CCG's data governance, strategy and analytics expertise into 3Cloud's practices.

Cornerstone Advisors, a Scottsdale-based management and technology consulting firm, has acquired Coastline Analytics, a Florida-based advanced analytics consultancy focused on community banks and credit unions. Coastline co-founder Steven Simpson joins Cornerstone to lead its Data Science Division as the firm expands its analytics, machine learning, and data science capabilities for financial services clients.

Black Knight, Inc. (NYSE: BKI) has acquired eMBS Inc., a Tampa-based provider of performance data and analytics for agency-backed mortgage securities. The acquisition adds agency MBS data and analytics to Black Knight’s mortgage data and analytics ecosystem to enhance its secondary market offerings and modeling capabilities.

Power My Analytics, an Orlando-based reporting automation SaaS, has acquired eComIQ, a Google Marketing Platform Partner and analytics consultancy. The acquisition expands Power My Analytics' big-data automation and enterprise data management capabilities, enabling delivery to destinations such as BigQuery, SQL warehouses, and major cloud platforms for larger organizations.

Thompson Street Capital Partners (TSCP) partnered with GovSpend’s management to recapitalize Deerfield Beach–based GovSpend, with Endicott Growth Equity Partners (EGEP) investing alongside TSCP. GovSpend is a subscription-based provider of government spend intelligence and procurement data; the investment will support organic growth, product roadmap acceleration and M&A, with terms not disclosed.

3Cloud, a Gryphon Investors-backed Microsoft Azure services firm, has acquired the consulting arm of Pragmatic Works to expand its data & analytics capabilities and U.S. geographic footprint. The deal creates the largest Azure-focused services firm in the U.S.; Pragmatic Works' training business will remain a separate, independently owned company.

Evidera, a business unit of Pharmaceutical Product Development (PPD), has agreed to acquire Medimix International to expand its real-world evidence (RWE) technology and data capabilities. The deal brings Medimix's LiveTracker cloud platform and access to a panel of ~2.2 million clinicians into Evidera's offerings to better support pharmaceutical, diagnostic and medical device clients.

Deluxe Corporation has acquired Datamyx LLC, a Boca Raton–based provider of marketing analytics and tri-bureau data solutions, from private equity firm Halyard Capital. The acquisition will expand Deluxe’s marketing services and technology platform for financial institutions by integrating Datamyx’s Intelidata Express analytics and targeting capabilities.
