Kedaara Capital completed a $240 million transaction in Axtria structured as a mix of secondary investment and a company-sponsored employee share buyback, providing liquidity to current and former employees and early investors. The investment positions Kedaara as a growth partner to support Axtria's continued expansion of its agentic AI-driven data analytics and cloud software offerings for the life sciences industry.

KX, backed by private equity firm TA Associates, has merged with OneMarketData, owner of the OneTick market-data and surveillance platform, to deliver a single platform for capital markets data, analytics, AI and surveillance. The combined business will be led by KX CEO Ashok Reddy, with OneTick founder Leonid Frants serving as a strategic advisor; the deal is positioned as an add-on capability and platform consolidation to accelerate time-to-value for customers.

Bilt Rewards has acquired Banyan, the item-level receipt data platform that has analyzed more than 20 billion receipts and processed over $200 billion in spend. The acquisition (Bilt's first) will integrate Banyan's receipt-level intelligence into Bilt's payments and neighborhood commerce network to power hyper-personalized rewards, automated FSA/HSA reimbursements, and expanded merchant experiences; Banyan will continue to operate independently under CEO Jehan Luth.

Cleartelligence, an AI-first data and analytics consultancy backed by Align Capital Partners, has acquired Bardess Group, a Randolph, New Jersey-based data and analytics firm. The add-on expands Cleartelligence's technical capabilities in data strategy, engineering and data science to better serve enterprise clients across technology, financial services and healthcare/life sciences.

IntegriChain has acquired the commercial data warehouse and data aggregation assets (DataBridge) of BridgeView Life Sciences LLC, integrating BridgeView's AI-assisted data exploration and field intelligence into IntegriChain’s ICyte platform. The deal expands IntegriChain's commercial data capabilities for pharmaceutical manufacturers and is the company's sixth acquisition and first since partnering with private equity backer Nordic Capital.

RFI Global has acquired MacroMonitor, a Princeton, New Jersey–based specialist provider of financial-services data and insights, to accelerate RFI's North American expansion. The deal, supported by RFI's investment partner Diversis Capital, will combine MacroMonitor's granular US dataset with RFI Global's international data and product capabilities to expand offerings for financial-services clients across North America.

Fluree, a Winston-Salem-based developer of a distributed ledger graph database, has merged with New Jersey-based ZettaLabs to combine capabilities for legacy data migration and modern data-centric architectures. The deal integrates ZettaLabs' AI/ML-powered ZettaSense (rebranded Fluree Sense) into Fluree's platform, expands product offerings for enterprise customers (including financial services), and places ZettaLabs co-founder Eliud Polanco as Fluree president.

Clearlake Capital Group has made a significant new equity investment in Dodge Construction Network (DCN), becoming an equal partner with existing investor Symphony Technology Group to support DCN's accelerated growth plan. Headquartered in Hamilton, New Jersey, DCN is a subscription-based data and analytics platform serving the commercial construction industry; terms were not disclosed.

Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS) has acquired Discovery Data Holdings, a provider of market intelligence and data for the financial services industry, from Northlane Capital Partners. The deal brings Discovery Data into ISS Market Intelligence to expand ISS’s data, analytics, and market intelligence capabilities for asset managers, insurers, and fintechs.

Infinedi Partners completed a control investment in BWG Strategy, a Cranford, New Jersey–based provider of subscription market intelligence and data for investment management and corporate clients. LNC Partners provided senior debt and equity financing to support the transaction; Infinedi partners have joined BWG's board to support product, sector and geographic expansion.

Atar Capital has completed the acquisition of Keypoint Intelligence, a Fairfield, New Jersey-based provider of SaaS tools, advanced data analytics, laboratory testing and market intelligence for the digital imaging industry. Financial terms were not disclosed; Atar says Keypoint will serve as a new platform to accelerate growth and expand its capabilities in data-driven services.

Import.io, a web data integration provider, has acquired Connotate, a web data extraction specialist, to consolidate technology, patents and enterprise customers. The deal brings Connotate's technology and team into Import.io to expand product capabilities and better serve enterprise customers.

Accenture has acquired Knowledgent, a New Jersey–based data intelligence and analytics consulting firm that serves healthcare and financial services clients. The acquisition expands Accenture’s data and analytics capabilities by adding Knowledgent’s data engineering, advanced analytics, and data governance talent and assets.

NetScout Systems has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the business and assets of Quantiva Inc. for approximately $9 million in cash. The acquisition adds Quantiva's automated analytics and anomaly-detection capabilities to NetScout's network and application performance management platform to accelerate detection and diagnosis of performance problems.
