Solid Dimensions' co-founder Tim Parcher will remain as general manager during the transition and plans to retire after a leadership team is established; financial terms were not disclosed.
Howmet Aerospace signed a definitive all-cash agreement to acquire Consolidated Aerospace Manufacturing (CAM) from Stanley Black & Decker for approximately $1.8 billion. The deal was completed on April 6, 2026, expanding Howmet’s aerospace fastening systems business with CAM’s portfolio of precision fasteners, fluid fittings, and other engineered components.
Exscape Group, a Cleveland-based landscape services platform backed by BHMS Investments, announced add-on acquisitions of three Columbus-area companies — WinnScapes, Pony Lawncare and Landscaping, and Shearer Patio & Landscape Services / Polaris Pools — to expand into the Columbus, Ohio market. Each founding owner will join Exscape Group as operating leaders, preserving continuity of teams and client relationships as part of the platform expansion.
Midas International, LLC has acquired Max Auto Supply Company, a long-standing Midas franchisee that operates 111 service centers across six U.S. states. First Eagle Investments agreed to acquire Diamond Hill Investment Group in an all-cash deal for $175.00 per share, valuing Diamond Hill at approximately $473 million. The acquisition was completed on April 22, 2026, with Diamond Hill continuing to operate from its Columbus, Ohio headquarters under the same investment philosophy and team leadership.

Wealth Enhancement, a national independent wealth management firm, has acquired Cincinnati-based hybrid RIA L.M. Kohn & Company, which oversees more than $2.2 billion in client assets and employs 23 people. The deal closed on December 6, 2025 and increases Wealth Enhancement's total client assets to over $131 billion, while expanding its footprint across the Midwest and South.
King Risk Partners, a national insurance brokerage headquartered in Gainesville, Florida, has acquired Arnold Insurance Agency, an independent insurance firm based in Reynoldsburg, Ohio. The deal expands King Risk Partners' Midwest footprint and enhances its local capabilities in construction, small business, personal insurance, risk management, and surety bond services.

(VST), a Springboro, Ohio designer and manufacturer of vapor recovery and fuel-dispensing solutions. Glenn Walker will remain VST's majority owner and CEO, and Ancor said the capital will be used to accelerate growth and expand the company's reach into new markets.

I Am Boundless, a nonprofit provider of services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) and behavioral health needs, acquired a Multi-System Youth program consisting of three Intermediate Care Facilities (ICFs) in the Dayton, Ohio area, effective October 5, 2025. The acquisition expands Boundless’ youth residential and behavioral health capabilities, integrates current staff and youth into its network, and strengthens the organization’s presence in southwest Ohio.
Arclin has completed the acquisition of Polymer Solutions Group (PSG), a manufacturer of proprietary polymer additives, dispersions and release agents serving the rubber, plastics and engineered wood markets. Arclin will operate PSG’s manufacturing facilities in Cleveland, Ohio and Albany, Georgia and an R&D facility in Macon, Georgia; the deal adds approximately 200 employees and expands Arclin’s product capabilities and end-market reach in construction, building products and transportation.

Advanced Drainage Systems (NYSE: WMS) has entered into a definitive stock purchase agreement to acquire National Diversified Sales (NDS), a water management business of Norma Group SE, in an all-cash transaction valued at approximately $1.0 billion. The deal is expected to close in the first quarter of 2026 and will expand ADS’ product portfolio and go-to-market reach in retail and distributor channels, including residential irrigation and related solutions.
SAM Medical has acquired TyTek Medical (part of the TyTek Group) to expand its proprietary emergency medical product offering. TyTek operations will be relocated to Tualatin, Oregon, and SAM will leverage its global reach to broaden customer support for TyTek’s chest decompression needles.

Financial terms were not disclosed; United Titanium will remain headquartered in Wooster under its existing leadership while Riverspan provides capital and operational support to drive product innovation, manufacturing improvements and global customer growth.
Percheron Capital has launched Solidaire HVAC & Energy Solutions, a national commercial HVAC and energy services platform, through the foundational acquisition of Enervise, a Cincinnati-based commercial HVAC services company. The platform, led by Katrina Liddell and backed by Percheron, will invest in people, technology and infrastructure to accelerate growth and expand Solidaire's national footprint.
