    F12.net, a Canadian managed IT and cybersecurity provider, has acquired AMTRA Solutions, a Calgary-based Microsoft technology partner specializing in Azure, Modern Work, and AI solutions. The deal will operate AMTRA as a division of F12 to expand Microsoft cloud, AI, and security capabilities for Canadian mid-market and enterprise clients.
