Consulting Acquisitions in 2016

Asia-focused management consulting firm Solidiance has acquired Shanghai-based business strategy and M&A advisory firm Technomic Asia. The deal, completed on 12 July 2016, strengthens Solidiance’s presence and capabilities in China by adding Technomic Asia’s long-standing client base, incubation programs, and local market expertise.

Grant Thornton LLP has acquired substantially all of the assets of ARRYVE LLC, a Bellevue, Washington-based business consulting firm. The deal brings approximately 60 ARRYVE professionals into Grant Thornton, bolstering its Advisory capabilities and strengthening the firm's presence in the Pacific Northwest; ARRYVE partners join Grant Thornton as Advisory principals.

PineBridge Structured Capital completed a recapitalization of Riveron Consulting, with 7 Mile Advisors serving as financial advisor to Riveron. The structured, non-control investment is intended to accelerate Riveron’s growth and expand its footprint and capabilities serving middle-market companies and private equity clients.
