Jabil Inc. has acquired ProcureAbility, a provider of procurement advisory, managed services, digital solutions, and staffing. The acquisition will allow Jabil to integrate ProcureAbility’s procurement capabilities with Jabil’s global supply chain and manufacturing expertise to expand procurement services for enterprise clients.

Denver-based Liftout Capital acquired a majority stake in Miami/Doral-based Franchise Creator, a franchise development and consulting firm; founder Hossein Kasmai will remain as CEO. True West Capital Partners provided financing to support the transaction, which Liftout said is intended to accelerate Franchise Creator's growth and expand its franchise development capabilities.

Cornerstone Advisors, a Scottsdale-based management and technology consulting firm and portfolio company of Altamont Capital Partners, has acquired Orlando-based Next Step, Inc., a specialist professional services team serving banks and credit unions. The acquisition is an add-on to Cornerstone that expands its core banking systems, implementation and contract negotiation capabilities to better serve mid-size financial institutions.

Kaufman, Hall & Associates (Kaufman Hall) has acquired Healthcare Real Estate Capital, LLC (HRE Capital), a boutique advisory firm focused on healthcare and higher education real estate capital markets. The acquisition integrates HRE Capital’s transaction execution capabilities into Kaufman Hall’s broader healthcare and higher education consulting and capital markets platform to expand real-estate advisory services for institutional clients.
