OutSolve has completed the acquisition of Taapestry, the affirmative action business unit of DirectEmployers Association. The deal expands OutSolve's enterprise-level affirmative action and broader HR compliance capabilities while transitioning Taapestry customers to OutSolve's suite of compliance, pay reporting, training, DEI and ESG services.

The Firefly Group made a majority investment in Sales Xceleration, a provider of fractional sales leadership and outsourced VP of Sales services serving small- and mid-size businesses. Concentric Investment Partners and New Canaan Funding provided financing for the transaction; founders Mark Thacker and Chad Meyer remain significant owners and will stay active in the company.
