Cybersecurity Acquisitions in Iowa

Delinea has agreed to acquire Fastpath, a leader in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), from Pamlico Capital. The deal expands Delinea’s privileged access and identity security capabilities—combining Fastpath’s IGA with Delinea’s PAM and ITDR technologies to deliver a unified, AI-driven authorization platform.

IP Pathways, a Midwest technology solutions and managed services provider, has acquired Tenax Solutions, a cybersecurity firm founded in 2019 that provides vulnerability scans, penetration testing, and compliance services. The acquisition expands IP Pathways' security and compliance capabilities and will allow the combined business to deliver enhanced information security offerings to MSPs, SMBs and enterprise clients across the United States.

Absolute Software Corporation acquired data security and data loss prevention assets from Palisade Systems Inc.; terms were not disclosed. Bridgepoint Investment Banking served as sell-side advisor to Des Moines–based Palisade, which provides DLP and endpoint data protection solutions for healthcare, government, education and corporate customers.
