Cybersecurity Acquisitions in Nevada

Atlantic Street Capital acquired the assets of CyberGuard Compliance, LLP and Elite Consulting Solutions LLC (collectively “CyberGuard”) to build a tech-enabled IT compliance and cybersecurity services platform. The transaction, completed June 13, 2022, will support accelerated growth, expanded service capabilities, and an M&A strategy to broaden CyberGuard’s offerings and client reach.

Entourage Investment Group, LLC completed the acquisition of Axiom Cyber Solutions, a Las Vegas-based cybersecurity company founded in 2015. The founders, Troy and Shannon Wilkinson, will remain as advisors while Entourage provides capital, infrastructure and resources to scale Axiom’s SaaS cybersecurity platform for the SMB market.
