Veterinary Acquisitions in Pennsylvania

Revival Animal Health, a portfolio company of Incline Equity Partners, has acquired Equine Medical and Surgical Associates to expand its equine product offerings. Revival — based in Orange City and backed by Incline — was advised by Blue River Financial Group on the add-on acquisition; Equine Medical & Surgical develops and distributes all-natural equine supplements.

Revival Animal Health, a portfolio company of Incline Equity Partners, has acquired Exodus Breeders Corp, a York, Pennsylvania-based distributor of equine and canine reproductive supplies. The deal expands Revival’s product offering into the equine market and enhances its reproductive and neonatal health capabilities for breeders, shelters and pet health professionals.

Chicago-based private equity firm New Harbor Capital completed a growth equity investment in IndeVets, a Philadelphia-based tech-enabled provider of veterinarian staffing services. The financing will support IndeVets' growth and geographic expansion as it scales its proprietary scheduling platform and expands its network of veterinarians and partner hospitals.
