BioMatrix Infusion Pharmacy acquired LUX Infusion, an Alaska-based ambulatory infusion center operator, adding three infusion centers effective October 17, 2025. The deal expands BioMatrix's national ambulatory infusion footprint and integrates LUX's clinical teams and operating model to accelerate growth and extend home infusion nursing into the Pacific Northwest.

ModuleMD has acquired Diversified Health Care Management, Inc. and MedEase (DBA Professional Management Services, Inc.) to expand its revenue cycle management (RCM) capabilities and client footprint in the northwestern United States. The deal brings the target teams and technology into ModuleMD’s physician‑designed SaaS platform to accelerate automation across claims management using RPA, analytics and AI.
