Eco Depot, Inc. has acquired all outstanding common shares of Development One Nanotechnologies and Energy Inc., a Wyoming-based developer of nano-carbon coatings, 3D-printed advanced manufacturing parts and cement additives for the oil & gas and construction industries. The acquisition expands Eco Depot’s industrial product portfolio and brings proprietary coatings and cement-additive technologies aimed at improving durability and reducing costs for oilfield tools and construction materials.
