CACI International has acquired Reston, Virginia-based cloud, data and cybersecurity firm Applied Insight from private equity owner Acacia Group in an all-cash transaction. The deal adds Applied Insight’s cloud migration, secure networking and infrastructure modernization capabilities—and its government/DoD and Intelligence Community relationships—to CACI’s portfolio, strengthening the buyer’s cloud and cyber offerings for defense and national security customers.
