Construction Acquisitions in Nebraska

Nations Roof LLC, a national commercial roofing contractor, has acquired Boone Brothers Roofing, a Midwest-based commercial roofing provider headquartered in Omaha, Nebraska. The deal—terms undisclosed—expands Nations Roof’s footprint in the Midwest and retains Boone family leadership with Ron Boone continuing in a leadership role.

Summit Fire Protection (a subsidiary of SFP Holding, Inc./Summit Companies) acquired General Fire & Safety Equipment Company of Omaha, Inc., effective March 4, 2025. The acquisition expands Summit’s footprint and capabilities in Nebraska and the greater Midwest while the General Fire & Safety team will continue serving customers under Summit's broader platform.

Ambassador Supply, an investment and holding company focused on building-industry roll-ups, has acquired Astro Buildings, a post-frame builder based in Mead, Nebraska. The deal is an add-on to Ambassador's existing portfolio and is intended to expand geographic coverage and create operational synergies in the Iowa–Nebraska agricultural market.
