Rockbridge Growth Equity led an acquisition of Protect America, a direct-to-consumer provider of self-installed monitored residential alarm systems, with Falcon Investments and Protect America founder Thad Paschall joining the new ownership group. Rockbridge said it will support Protect America’s growth by bringing sales, marketing and operational best practices to expand the company’s DIY and traditional alarm customer base.
