Dental Acquisitions in South Carolina

Peninsula Cosmetic & Family Dentistry has acquired Mouth Carolina Dentistry to expand its presence into the West Ashley area of Charleston, South Carolina. The acquisition integrates Mouth Carolina Dentistry patients into Peninsula’s modern family and cosmetic dental practice, broadening access to services such as implants, pediatric care, and preventative dentistry.

Oak Dental Partners (ODP), a rapidly growing dental service organization based in Atlanta, recapitalized Select Dental Partners, a multi-state pediatric dentistry and orthodontics provider headquartered in Fort Mill, South Carolina. The recapitalization closed on December 30, 2021; Marriott & Co. served as exclusive financial advisor to Select Dental and founder Dr. Robert Ellis III will remain in his CEO role under the new partnership.
