Dot Ai (SEE ID, Inc.), an asset intelligence SaaS and IoT solutions provider, completed its business combination with ShoulderUp Technology Acquisition Corp., becoming a publicly traded company on Nasdaq under ticker symbols DAIC and DAICW. The transaction included a $12 million PIPE to support R&D, go-to-market expansion and Puerto Rico manufacturing operations.

Tokens.com Corp. agreed to acquire all outstanding shares of Nevada-based Simulacra Corporation, including its subsidiaries Realbotix, Anthropomorphic Figure Dynamics (AFD) and Abyss Creations, to expand into AI and humanoid robotics. The deal (share purchase agreement dated April 4, 2024) will be settled primarily with 75 million Tokens.com common shares and is expected to close around April 16, 2024, subject to TSXV approval.

ClaimLogiq, a payment-integrity technology provider headquartered in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, acquired SyTrue, a pioneer in healthcare natural language processing (NLP). The acquisition integrates SyTrue’s NLP OS into ClaimLogiq’s payment integrity platform to expand capabilities for processing unstructured medical data across payment integrity, risk adjustment and medical record review use cases.
