Data & Analytics Acquisitions in Delaware

Deckard Technologies has acquired Wilmington, Delaware-based short-term rental analytics group AllTheRooms to strengthen its Rentalscape short-term rental management and tax compliance platform. The deal adds AllTheRooms' data assets, three U.S. patents and key team members (including CEO Will Pearson, who joins Deckard as Director of Operations), enabling capability expansion and entry into new markets.

Grace Hill, a provider of technology-enabled performance solutions for real estate backed by Aurora Capital Partners, has acquired HelloData, an AI-driven market analysis platform for multifamily owners and operators. The deal brings HelloData's automated multifamily market analysis, financial underwriting and leasing-optimization tools into Grace Hill's product portfolio to expand data-driven capabilities for property managers, owners and brokers.
