Dominion Enterprises has merged Cross-Sell into its DataOne Software business, consolidating two wholly owned automotive data brands to create a single, stronger data and software offering. The move brings Cross-Sell employees and dealer-focused products into DataOne to accelerate data licensing growth and provide unified automotive market intelligence solutions.

OneMagnify, a Crestview Partners–backed marketing and data solutions provider, has acquired Splash Analytics, a Louisville-based analytics and predictive modeling firm. The deal (financial terms not disclosed) expands OneMagnify's data science and predictive analytics capabilities as an add-on to its platform.

Financial Information Technologies (Fintech), a provider of technology solutions for the beverage alcohol industry, has acquired Aperity, a data management and analytics provider and operator of the Beverage Data Exchange. The acquisition expands Fintech’s InfoSource data platform by adding Aperity’s supply‑chain connectors, integration technology and machine‑learning analytics to deliver broader data insights across distributors, retailers, e‑commerce and syndicators.

Spectrum Equity and Cressey & Company have made a growth investment in Verisys Corporation, a provider of healthcare provider data, credentialing SaaS and primary-source verification services. The investment will fund platform and product investments to accelerate Verisys' growth and expand its compliance, screening and monitoring solutions for the healthcare market.
