InMarket has acquired ChannelMix, a Kansas City–based marketing impact modeling and media mix optimization platform, to strengthen InMarket’s data analytics, real-time measurement and AI-driven media planning capabilities. The deal brings ChannelMix’s Marketing Impact Modeling (MIM) technology and client base into InMarket’s real-time marketing and measurement suite to enable more accurate, privacy-first, real-time media spend optimization.

AutoAlert, a Kansas City–based provider of AI-driven data analytics and CRM solutions for automotive dealerships, has been acquired by certain funds and accounts managed by BlackRock. BlackRock says it will support AutoAlert's product expansion and growth, leveraging its investment-management resources to enhance the company's AI/ML-driven platform and new CRM offering.

Concord USA, LLC, a technology consulting firm and portfolio company of H.I.G. Capital, has acquired Evolytics, a Kansas City–based digital analytics consulting firm. The deal is Concord's second add-on of the year and is intended to expand Concord’s data and marketing analytics capabilities to better serve enterprise customers.

OpenVault, a Hoboken, New Jersey-based provider of broadband analytics and revenue-optimization solutions, has acquired VelociData, a St. Louis–area developer of streaming data and real-time analytics technology. The deal combines OpenVault's broadband SaaS and analytics footprint with VelociData's R&D and streaming-compute capabilities to accelerate closed-loop automation, expand market reach (including the United States and Latin America), and enhance product offerings for cable, fiber and wireless operators.
