WilsonHCG, a global talent solutions firm based in Tampa, Florida, has acquired talent intelligence platform Claro Analytics to expand its real-time labor market and talent intelligence capabilities. The acquisition integrates Claro Analytics’ SaaS-based labor market data and analytics into WilsonHCG’s services to deliver on-demand and outsourced talent intelligence to enterprise clients.

TSG, an Advent portfolio company and provider of business management software for boutique fitness, has acquired Adaptive Analytics LLC, a provider of data reporting and visualization tools for the health, wellbeing and fitness sectors. TSG will integrate Adaptive Analytics' Intelli-hub reporting and analytics capabilities into its Mariana Tek studio management platform to deepen its offering for boutique fitness studios and franchise groups.

Zywave, the Milwaukee-based insurtech provider, acquired miEdge, a Bedford, New Hampshire data and lead-generation provider for the insurance industry. The acquisition integrates miEdge's prospecting database and analytics into Zywave's Product Cloud Portfolios to expand Zywave's data capabilities and prospecting offerings for insurance agencies and carriers.
