D-Wave Quantum Inc. has completed its acquisition of Quantum Circuits Inc. in a deal valued at approximately $550 million (about $300M in stock and $250M in cash). The purchase brings Quantum Circuits' error-corrected dual-rail superconducting gate-model qubit technology and team (including co-founder Dr. Rob Schoelkopf) into D-Wave to accelerate a dual-platform roadmap and advance an initial gate-model system targeted for 2026.

FatBrain AI (LZG International, Inc.; OTC: LZGI) has acquired Intellagents, an insuretech SaaS platform that provides an insurance-specific integration and API-management marketplace. The deal brings Intellagents' connectors and Peer Intelligence capabilities into FatBrain's AI offerings to accelerate product capabilities and adoption across insurers, brokers and businesses.
